Situated in the conveniently located Garden City of Pinelands, Cape Town, South Africa. Known as the 10 minute suburb, the Tree lined streets are situated at the base of where the N1 and N2 Freeways meet the M5 Freeway. Quick access to these major Motor Ways offers a 10 minute drive to Cape Town International Airport and the Victoria Alfred Waterfront. Pinelands is flanked by two Top Ranking Golf Courses, namely: Mowbray Golf Course and Rondebosch Golf Course. We are a 15 minute drive from beautiful white beaches. A newly renovated Shopping Centre is a 2 minute walk from Greenwood Villa offering many convenient stores. |
ACCOMMODATION Our 6 Bed & Breakfast rooms are all en-suite with private entrances, equipped with a hair dryer / safe / TV / DVD Music Centre / fridge / kettle / extra blankets are available as are fans. Three of the double rooms have extra length Queen Beds and three have extra length twin beds made to King. Ideal for couples or split for singles sharing. You will enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of Greenwood Villa. Courtesy coffee and tea are always there for you to enjoy with a few extra treats. |
Our 1 self-catering unit is ideal for couples and consists of a extra length Queen Bed and en-suite Shower room a dining counter separates the Kitchen area with a microwave, 2 plate stove, kettle, fridge etc. Serviced Monday to Friday. All our suites offer a full laundry Service, rooms are serviced daily, a swimming pool is available for guest use, all suites are non-smoking but smoking is permitted in the garden lounges. There is secure parking on our premises to put your mind at ease, and separate entrances to all the rooms. |
SERVICES • Guests are treated to a choice of our sumptuous full English or Continental breakfast served either in the dining room or outdoors on the adjoining patio overlooking the pool, weather permitting. For dining out in the evenings, there are several nearby restaurants to choose from. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations 0 – 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations 14 – 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit. Cancellations less than 96 hours before check-in date will incur full charges. |
